4. Product Manufacturing & Fulfillment

All products are produced, packed, and shipped by Supliful.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that:

Orders are manufactured on-demand
We do not warehouse or inspect items before delivery
We cannot modify an order once Supliful begins fulfillment
Supliful may use multiple carriers for domestic and international delivery

Shipping times, customs handling, and carrier performance are outside our direct control.

5. Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in your selected currency at checkout.

You agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Maintain a valid payment method
Authorize us (and Shopify Payments/Stripe) to charge your method of payment for all purchases

6. Subscriptions

If you enroll in any subscription plan (“Subscribe & Save”):

You will be billed automatically on the schedule shown at checkout
Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed
You may cancel future cycles at any time through your account

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns for ingestible products.

All sales are final
Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced after photo verification
International customs fees and delays are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable

We ship worldwide through Supliful.
Delivery times are estimates only.
