BalancedNutrition.ai Refund & Return Policy

BalancedNutrition.ai partners with Supliful to manufacture, pack, and ship all orders. Because supplements are ingestible products, and because Supliful fulfills each order on-demand, our refund and return rules follow strict standards.


1. All Sales Are Final (Health & Safety Requirement)

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any supplement, opened or unopened.
This ensures:

  • No reselling of returned ingestibles

  • No contamination risk

  • Full compliance with Supliful’s fulfillment and health guidelines

If an item is delivered damaged, incorrect, or defective, you’re absolutely covered (see Section 3).


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every order is produced and packed immediately by Supliful:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or edited once they enter fulfillment.

  • If you message us before Supliful begins processing, we’ll try to intercept it — but we cannot guarantee cancellation.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • leaking,

  • broken,

  • or you received the wrong item…

We will replace it at no cost.

To process a replacement, email us at support@balancednutrition.ai within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product + packaging

  • Brief description of the issue

Supliful requires photo documentation for all claims — no exceptions — and we must submit these on your behalf.


4. Lost or Missing Shipments

If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Wait 48 hours (carriers often mark early).

  • Check with neighbors / building management.

If still missing, contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
Replacements may be issued at our discretion once the carrier completes their investigation.


5. International Shipping & Customs

BalancedNutrition.ai ships worldwide via Supliful.
You are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Customs delays or refusals

If customs returns your package to Supliful, we can refund the product cost only once it arrives back to the warehouse.
Shipping is non-refundable.

If customs destroys the package (a common policy in some countries), no refunds can be issued.


6. Subscription Refunds

Subscription orders follow the same rules as regular orders:

  • No refunds once shipped

  • No returns accepted

  • Cancellations apply to future cycles only

We stand behind product quality, accuracy, and safe delivery — and we replace anything that fails that standard.
Everything else is handled strictly through Supliful’s policies to ensure compliance and safety.
