BalancedNutrition.ai — Shipping Policy

BalancedNutrition.ai partners with Supliful to manufacture, pack, and ship all orders worldwide.
Because every product is made on-demand, shipping timelines may vary based on production queues, destination, and customs handling.


1. Order Processing Time

All supplements are produced and packed individually once your order is placed.

Processing time:

  • Typically 2–5 business days

  • Can extend during high-volume periods or holidays

  • Orders cannot be modified once Supliful begins production

You will receive a confirmation email when your order moves into fulfillment.


2. Shipping Times

Supliful ships using major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional partners).

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Asia / Middle East: 10–21 business days

  • Rest of World: 14–28 business days

These are estimates only — carrier delays, customs inspections, and local logistics can extend delivery times.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A live tracking link

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to activate tracking updates.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Carrier rates

  • Real-time Supliful pricing

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for:

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Duty fees

  • Local clearance charges

If customs holds, returns, or destroys the package due to local regulations, we cannot issue refunds for shipping fees or confiscated orders.

Packages returned to Supliful by customs may be refunded product cost only once received back at the warehouse.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Wait 48 hours (carriers often pre-scan early)

  2. Check neighbors, building reception, or safe-drop areas

  3. Contact your local carrier office

If still missing after these steps, email us at support@balancednutrition.ai.
We will open a carrier investigation and issue a replacement at our discretion based on the final carrier report.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 7 days

  • Include photos of the item + packaging

  • Provide your order number

Supliful requires photo documentation for all claims.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.


8. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages depending on Supliful’s inventory and carrier routing.
You will receive separate tracking notifications if this occurs.


9. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to:

  • wrong address

  • incomplete address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal

…a reshipment fee will apply.
Original shipping fees are_non-refundable.
